Working Steps

• Entrying the parking ( For Temporary Users )

• Step 1: Driver come to the entry parking machine and press the button, then the card dispenser

vending an ID/IC card and system record the entry data automatically

• Step 2: Driver get the card and the barrier open. after pass the barrier. It will close automatically

 
•  Charging (For Temporary Users )

• Step 1: Driver take his card to the payment station. Read the IC/ID card, then the screen will show how long he stayed and how much he need to pay.

• Step 2: User make the payment. 

• Exiting the parking (For Temporary Users )

• Step 1: When driver arrive the exit barrier, the barrier will open manually ( the guard at the exit or the charging center can open the barrier with the remote controller)

• Step 2: After the driver pass the barrier. the boom will close

 
• For Monthly Users
• These users will take the RFID card on hand all the time and they pay the fees every month. No need every time.

Descriptions of our parking payment system  

Our parking payment management system use RFID card.

1.Complete standard parking system (One Entrance, One Exit ):

At Entrance: (including dispenser card machine, boom barrier and loop detector)

There is an automatic dispenser card machine for short terms customers and proximity cards for permanent customers or monthly charged customers at the entrance point.

When the short terms customers take a card from dispenser card machine or permanent customers swiping card on it, then the barrier gate open.

At Exit: (including swiping card box, boom barrier and loop detector)

There is a swiping card box for permanent customers or monthly charged customers.

The driver swipe card on it direct, then the barrier gate open.

For short terms customers, they need return the card to cashier in the guard room at exit, the parking management software will calculate how much they need to pay, when completed payment the parking fees, then the cashier open the barrier gate by manual 
button or remote controller.

2.Long range read card system for permanent customers (long range 3-15 meters ):

We have Bluetooth card and UHF card for long range parking system.

There is a long range card reader at entrance and exit, the card stick on the windscreen of the car.

when the car is coming, the card will be read by the reader automatically, then the barrier gate open.

The system include long range readers, management software to add or delete cards/tags and to set time zones for each card.
