Automated License Plate Recognition(ALPR)Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) is a technology that uses optical character recognition (OCR) to automatically read license plate characters. As the vehicle moves, it photographs license plates and transmits plate data to a database.
Regular visitors’ License Plate Numbers are automatically recognized/compared with enrollment database, and visitors’ License Plate Numbers are saved in the program after being recognized, and visitors may pay parking fee at exit.
